Deltech is a family and woman owned small business incorporated in 1968. The late Calvin L. Stevenson, one of Deltech’s founders, is pictured. Members of the Stevenson family are part of the day-to-day operations in management, sales, engineering, and production.

Deltech has always made its home in Denver, and is today located in a new facility designed specifically to optimize our manufacturing processes. We have the space and equipment to build even the largest and most complex of high temperature resistance furnaces.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

To our knowledge, Deltech is the only U.S. company manufacturing 2000°C in air furnaces.

Deltech vertical tube furnaces were used by NASA for their moon rock studies.

Deltech’s largest furnace built was for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s F.I.R.S.T. project.

One of Deltech’s newest projects was the design and build of a custom positive pressure furnace for the National High Magnetics Laboratory at Florida State University.

Deltech’s “RS” glass melt furnaces were originally developed for Sandia Laboratories. Current models are used around the world by researchers and specialty glass manufacturers.

WHAT WE DO

As our motto, We Build The Furnace To Fit Your Need™ suggests, we not only build to order and to suit, but many of our new products and design innovations are created in response to an individual customer`s unique application requirements. Our sustaining purpose is to partner with you during the design, manufacturing, and followup processes to ensure that your furnace meets your processing needs: you should not have to tailor your application to fit within the limitations of a stock furnace design.

WHO WE SERVE

Deltech Furnaces are in use around the world in government labs, corporate R&D labs, manufacturing plants, and universities. We are proud of contributing in an auxiliary way to the many exciting projects in which the engineers and scientists who approach Deltech are involved.

Deltech is a Corporate Member of the American Ceramic Society

We are also pleased to contribute financial support to that organizations’ President’s Council of Student Advisors

Deltech’s president Mary Stevenson is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Ceramic and Glass Industry Foundation.

Our founder and CEO, Calvin L. Stevenson, was one of the recipients of the 1998 Distinguished Alumni Awards from Montana Tech. In his honor, the Stevenson family established the Calvin L. Stevenson Annual Scholarship to the Dept of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Tech.

Deltech has donated furnaces to Montana Tech, Missouri S&T at Rolla, and the Universidad de la Republica in Uruguay.
